About Bernard P. Waller
Bernard P. Waller is a leadership coach, trainer, and founder of Value-Based Leadership Training, specializing in employee development, leadership growth, communication, accountability, and workplace effectiveness.
He brings 30+ years of professional leadership experience, including 20+ years in management and executive leadership with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, where he led teams, developed staff, managed operations, and trained leaders in high-responsibility environments.
He is also co-owner of Ultrasound Imaging Concepts, a business he and his wife have run for 25+ years. A United States Marine Corps veteran and John Maxwell Certified Trainer, he holds an A.A. from Tarrant County College and a B.S. in Management from the University of Phoenix.
His coaching style is practical, direct, and results-focused. His work centers on building stronger teams, healthier workplace culture, and more effective leadership at every level.
